WHO WE ARE:
The North Country Aquatic Club (NCAC) is dedicated to developing swimmers of all ages in a fun and competitive environment. Since its conception in 1965, NCAC has grown from a youth program to a comprehensive competitive program from introductory through national level competition. The team currently practices at three different sites. The Upper Valley Aquatic Center, Dartmouth College, and Colby Sawyer College. Team squad descriptions are as follows:
Developmental Squad - ages 5-8, children interested in learning more about competitive swimming.
(3 practices are offered per week)
Junior Squad - usually ages 9-12, this is the level where a child has the ability to become more focused on discovering whether swimming competitively is a serious interest or more recreational. Both tracks are available to all swimmers in all levels. (4 practices offered per week with Saturday optional)
Pre-Senior Squad - ages range from 10-18 again some swimmers are focused on serious competitive swimming and some on recreational participation. (5 practices offered per week)
Senior Squad - ages 13-18, participants on this level are also either USS Senior Nationals, Junior Nationals, Sectional cut focused or swimming competitively as another aspect of there extra-curricular participation throughout junior high and high school. (6-8 practices offered per week)
