The North Country Aquatic Club (NCAC) is dedicated to developing swimmers of all ages in a fun and competitive environment. Since its conception in 1965, NCAC has grown from a youth program to a comprehensive competitive program from introductory through national level competition.
NCAC is now swimming in the NEW Upper Valley Aquatic Center!
